The Journey Begins

  1. The health journey requires time and patience. In the fast-paced, instant-gratification world that we live in, we can become easily discouraged when we don’t see immediate change in our bodies. Be patient and diligent; you will see positive outcomes long-term.
  2. Be intentional with having a support network. A close friend, spouse, sibling can make a big impact in your journey through encouraging words or tough love.
  3. Take care of the other elements of self. Do not neglect your mental, emotional and spiritual health, as these areas of health are largely connected to your physical.
